Cancellations & Rescheduling:

*Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations occurring outside of 24 hours of your appointment time, may reschedule within 7 days & have their non-refundable deposit go towards that appointment.

Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your appointment time, forfeit their deposit.

Cancellations occurring the same day as your appointment time will be charged 100% of the service cost as we can no longer fill your spot on such short notice.

Reschedules made on the same day as your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. However, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment if rescheduled within 7 days.

As a mobile business, any appointment changes within 24 hours are considered short notice due to our prep requirements, tech schedules, & travel times. We always strive to accommodate you, understanding that unexpected situations arise. We kindly ask for your consideration of our time and efforts in return.
