Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations occurring outside of 24 hours of your appointment time, may reschedule within 7 days & have their non-refundable deposit go towards that appointment.
Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your appointment time will forfeit their deposit and be charged 100% of the service cost, as we can no longer fill your spot on such short notice.
Reschedules made on the same day as your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. However, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment if rescheduled within 7 days.
As a mobile business, any appointment changes within 24 hours are considered short notice due to our prep requirements, tech schedules, & travel times. We always strive to accommodate you, understanding that unexpected situations arise. We kindly ask for your consideration of our time and efforts in return.
